We also use temperature-controlled packaging during hot weather conditions to maintain the freshness of the eggs.


3. Shipping Restrictions: Due to the delicate nature of eggs, we have some shipping restrictions in place to ensure the best possible delivery. We do not ship eggs internationally. Additionally, we may have restrictions on shipping to certain remote locations or during extreme weather conditions that could compromise the quality of the eggs.


4. Shipping Charges: The shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the eggs and the shipping destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.


5. Delivery Time: We strive to process and ship orders between 1hr to 24 hrs. The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical delays may affect the delivery schedule. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.


6. Returns and Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of eggs, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive damaged or spoiled eggs, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


7. Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.

Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect or insufficient information provided by the customer will be the customer's responsibility.
